And honestly I find too much false information circling on Facebook pages. It seems like on Facebook the louder you yell; the more correct you are. amino acids
Are use aqua Vitro fuel. I Find it makes a huge difference to my corals. Polyp extension end new growth goes off the chart when I use it. It works so well for me I actually put it on one of my dosers . I run 15 mill a day spread out over 24 hours every day -

UV sterilizer
I never believed in UV sterilizer‘s for a long time. I thought they just killed beneficial bacteria and honestly I do have that opinion. But about a year ago I had a fight with dinos. I bought a huge UV light and that cleared it up very quickly. So that changed my mind on UV lights LOL. I think...- Cliff

Do you have any black layers in your sand? If you have black layers that could be trapped hydrogen sulfide. That Stuff is brutal on the tank if disturbed- Cliff
