A while ago user to feed home raised phytoplancton
Then got bored and NoT so muco time in My hand
So i quit ,
I look for alternative, and one of them mentioned spirulina
Whish is found also in "Fuel"
Well I was already using it
In My protein shakes and also Chlorella which is another super rich algae 3e9140017d9e4fdae1d124522abf851a.jpg
This is just the basic nutrients content, it doesn't include the aminos content

This is the amino content
Which is huge for an algae compare to a proteic amino acids

They are expired for human consumption but they have been properly maintained in the fridge, you don't have to because it's powder but I chose to keep them there,IMG_20210416_2036144.jpg
Half tablespoon of each chlorella and Spirulina
IMG_20210416_2037525.jpg
1 Tsp of Reef-Roids
IMG_20210416_2038528.jpg
1 Tsp of Ascorbic acid (Vit C)

1/2 Tsp of LPS Grow
Reduced to powder

The I put 1/2 Tsp of Selcon
And 30 ml of Reef Plus
Top it up with the R/O water and shake

Nope,
turn off the skimmer for an hour, pour the food in the sump and let the tank running for the hour after that the skimmer will turn on automatically...

These are DIY timers that work the opposite the bottom one is for the skimmer and the top is for the return I just hit the 60 minutes and the skimmer shuts off for the amount of time
