Specs for fish only w live rocks

Hi everyone.
I’m setting up a system for fish only. What are your opinion on: temp, salinity filtration etc? The plan is no inverts or corals. Only fish.

Hey there I’m in the same boat just getting started with a fish only tank. I could be wrong but I am 1.024 for my salinity and have my temps at 78 degrees as far as filtration I am currently running a canister filter which I was told was ok for a fish only just needs a bit more maintaining. But currently looking i to sump options or hang on skimmers so I can work my way to coral. Good luck and hope that helps. Like I said I am new to this so triple check lol

fish only tanks can operate with salinity as low as 1.018 as they do not require the calcuim and supplements like corals.
